Our team of dedicated general practitioners is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Each practitioner brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of various health concerns, ensuring comprehensive medical services for every member of your family. Our GPs focus on building lasting relationships with patients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering personalised treatment plans. We strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and well-cared for, prioritising your health and wellbeing at every visit.
Razeena Sahid
Practice Manager
Razeena has been a valued employee at Moorebank Family Medical Practice since 2016. She has worked in the healthcare field since 2005 and has gained extensive Medical Business Administration experience.
She passionately promotes our mission which is to encourage optimum health, wellbeing and disease prevention in a compassionate environment that provides exceptional customer service.
She leads with a very hands-on approach to the daily operations of the Practice and has developed proven strategies in the management of billing, marketing, HR operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and strategic planning.
Noura Adam
Senior Medical Receptionist/ Team Leader
Noura is one of our Senior Medical Receptionists, she brings with her over 20 years of Administrative experience within the Healthcare sector.
She takes pride in her attention to detail, is exceptionally organized and adapts quickly and efficiently. Her polite and gentle nature makes her a pleasure to communicate and work with. Noura has completed her Diploma in Office Administration at the Australian College.
Sam El-Halbouni
Administration
Sam has been employed at Moorebank Family Medical Practice for over six years as our casual weekend staff.
Sam’s friendly, welcoming, approachable and compassionate nature keeps patients’ content and pleased while maintaining a strict professional attitude.
Sam has completed a Bachelor of Law and Business at Western Sydney University, striving to achieve the best for his coming career. He enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family and enjoys gaming in his spare time.
Rayan
Medical Receptionist
Rayan is dedicated to providing patients with exceptional customer service. She is friendly, polite, caring and does her best to create a positive environment.
Rayan has over three years of experience working in customer services roles.
She has always been interested in the medical field and has a Bachelor Degree in Medical Science. She would like to continue her education and become a speech pathologist. She is always eager to learn new skills and improve her knowledge. In her spare time Rayan enjoys exploring nature and spending time with family.
Jenny Latimer
Medical Receptionist
Jenny Latimer is an experienced Medical Receptionist with 30 years in the healthcare field. She spent 10 years working in a dementia-specific facility, gaining valuable insight into patient care and family support. Jenny is known for her warm, welcoming nature and exceptional organizational skills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, cooking, and relaxing.
Clara Hatab
Medical Receptionist
Clara Hatab is a Medical Receptionist at Moorebank Family Medical Practice, currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) with the goal of specializing in child psychology. Clara is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all patients.
Known for her strong communication skills and bubbly personality, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable and valued during their visit to the practice.
May Noro
Medical Receptionist
May Noro is a friendly and dedicated Medical Receptionist at Moorebank Family Medical Practice, committed to providing warm and efficient customer service. Before joining the practice, she worked as a hotel receptionist for 7 years, honing her skills in hospitality and customer care. May holds a degree in Business Administration from Macquarie University and has completed courses in Mental Health and Community Service, reflecting her lifelong passion for helping others. Outside of work, she is an avid coffee lover, enjoys spending time with her children, and loves watching Japanese shows.
