Collecting feedback
Moorebank Family Medical Practice seeks feedback on an ongoing basis from patient’s, their family, carers, and others within the community to assist in identifying ways to improve the practice’s processes and patient experience.
We collect feedback based on six themes:
Feedback management
Feedback received is included in and managed as part of our practice quality improvement process.
Responding to feedback
Quality improvement changes initiated from feedback received from patients, their family and carers are communicated to them and others to demonstrate the value of their feedback.
We use our website, and posters throughout the clinic, to communicate quality improvement activities that have resulted from patient feedback, these are discussed with all staff during meetings.
