Zoe Tran
Registered Nurse in Charge
Zoe Tran has been a dedicated Registered Nurse at Moorebank Family Medical Practice since 2016. As the Nurse in Charge, she is well-respected and well-liked by both her peers and the local community. Zoe’s compassionate care and strong leadership skills make her a key member of the practice team, where she is committed to providing excellent healthcare and building strong relationships with patients and staff alike.
Lily Nguyen
Registered Nurse
Lily Nguyen is a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in chronic disease management. She has had experience in the healthcare sector since 2018, and has worked at Moorebank Family Medical Practice since 2021 prior to joining our team she worked at at Liverpool Hospital. Lily holds a Bachelor and Clinical Honours of Nursing, as well as a Bachelor of Health Science in Sport and Exercise Science. At MFMP, she provides both clinical treatment and preventative care, with a particular passion for managing chronic conditions.
She is a dedicated champion of the PHN My Care Partners program, which supports patients with chronic and complex health needs.

Ann Maree Skinner
Registered Nurse
Ann Maree Skinner is an experienced Registered Nurse with a career spanning over three decades. Since 1985, she has gained diverse experience across hospital settings, aged care, and general practice. Ann Maree finds her greatest fulfillment in GP practice, where she enjoys being an integral part of the community, supporting patients’ health and well-being in a more personalized setting. Her broad experience and compassionate approach make her a valued member of the healthcare team.
